Cambridge University Jazz Orchestra Concert on 13th April 2011 The Cambridge University Jazz Orchestra (CUJO) is Cambridge's premier vehicle for promoting and performing jazz in the University and beyond. Bringing together 20 of the top student musicians in the university, the group focuses on performing music by the leading jazz orchestras of today, such as the groups led by Bob Curnow, Michael Brecker, Maynard Ferguson, NYJO and the One O’Clock Lab Band. We do stay committed to our roots however – our pads feature a full repertory of standards, swing, and funk as well as a number of classic vocal charts. More |
